Terms of use

DiaryFast is provided as is. You own everything you write. Because your journal is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups (Settings → Export backup) and for remembering your passphrase if you set one.

Not medical advice

DiaryFast and its AI personas offer journaling prompts and reflections. They are not a medical device, not therapy and not a crisis service, and AI replies can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. In an emergency contact local emergency services; in the US and Canada you can call or text 988.

Acceptable use

Don't use the AI proxy for anything other than your own journaling, don't try to get around limits, and don't attack the service. We may suspend keys that are shared publicly or abused.

Payments and refunds

Pro monthly and yearly renew automatically until cancelled (Settings → Manage subscription). Cancelling keeps Pro on until the end of the paid period. The first payment of a subscription can be refunded within 7 days. A 24-hour pass is a one-time payment that starts on first use and can't be refunded once used. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Material changes to paid plans are announced by email to subscribers.
